REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY 

**REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN (15) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE!

Can I get my money back?

**ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE, LLC GIFT CARD.  THE STORE CREDIT WILL BE EMAILED TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED TO YOUR ORDER. 

Please mail the merchandise back with the tracking number within (15) days. We will check to make sure ALL returned items are postmarked within this (15) day window. If for ANY reason the merchandise is postmarked outside of the (15) day window, the Customer automatically forfeits the RETURN and/or EXCHANGE.  If GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE, LLC receives any items outside of this window, we will return the item(s) to the sender. 

**THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS BOUGHT OUTSIDE OF THE GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE WEBSITE, ie., Pop-up shops, Festivals, Tradeshows, etc.  

RETURNS FOR REFUND IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without ALL clothing labels/tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Merchandise must have ALL tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise includes the following:

  • All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, and handbags
  • Bodysuits (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
  • Free gifts or promotional items and Giveaway Prizes
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Items bought outside of the website ie, pop-up shops, festivals, tradeshows, etc. 
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Items with built-in undergarments (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
  • Lifestyle products
  • Lingerie (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
  • Route Package Protection
  • Shipping fees
  • Swimwear (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
  • Worn items

3. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our requirements including ANY signs of wear i.e., the smell of fragrances, body odor, smoke, pet hair, rips, tears, stretched seams, and free of stains.

 4. GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE, LLC diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear including but not limited to the signs of wear listed above.  See 3. for a list of signs of wear. In the event the item(s) does not match the original condition, the buyer automatically forfeits a refund, exchange, and/or store credit.  It is highly unlikely, but if you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.

5. All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

6. No exchanges or store credit on FINAL SALE items. 

7. No returns/exchanges on International orders. 

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR ITEM(S) FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. THESE PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SWIFT RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. Please note that the Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE, LLC.

2. All Shipping fees associated with the RETURN/EXCHANGE of merchandise are non-refundable.

3. Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip, no worries! You may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number.

** Please clearly indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, or color or if you are requesting a store credit. If exchange details are not indicated or the size/color you are requesting for the exchange is unavailable, a store credit will automatically be issued in the form of an e-card sent via email.

**Once merchandise has been returned to GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE, LLC, Please allow up to 7-10 days (after receipt) for processing.  You will receive another shipping email once your EXCHANGE has been processed and shipped.  Please check your email for updates and tracking information. 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

**Once merchandise has been returned to GRAND ENTRANCE BOUTIQUE, LLC, Please allow up to 3-5 days (after receipt) for your store credit to be issued.  Please check with you credit card company and/or banking institution to see when credits have posted to your personal account. Please check your email for updates and store credit e-cards
